Candidate Terms & Conditions for Lancaster City Council ATS

 

By submitting an application through the Lancaster City Council Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

Accuracy of Information:

You confirm that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. The council reserves the right to verify information and withdraw any offer of employment if false or misleading information is discovered at any stage.

 

Use of the ATS:

You agree to use the ATS solely for the purpose of applying for employment with Lancaster City Council. You must not share your login details or allow anyone else to access your account.

 

Communication:

All communications regarding your application will be sent via the contact details you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and kept up to date.  

 

Our principle means of communication with you will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting a notice on the Website. You agree to electronic communications and acknowledge that all contract, notice and other communication that we provide electronically comply with any requirement that they must be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Data Protection:

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the council’s Recruitment Privacy Notice and relevant data protection legislation. Data will be retained and deleted in line with the council’s retention policy. For more information, please refer to the Recruitment Privacy Notice
