Join us at Williamson Park as a Catering Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and drink experiences to our visitors. Your work will help maintain our 5-star Food Hygiene rating and support the Council’s commitment to community safety, environmental responsibility, and high-quality service.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of daily catering operations, from preparing and serving delicious food and drinks to ensuring cleanliness and hygiene meet the highest standards. You’ll engage with customers, operate tills, assist with stock control, and support special events like children’s parties and weddings. Your attention to allergen management and safe equipment use will be key to our success.

You’ll Fit Right In If…
You’re a team player with a passion for excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail. You bring experience in catering operations and understand the importance of hygiene and safety. You share our values of Working Together, Ambition, Pride, and Ownership, and are ready to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. A Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is desirable but not essential.
